Of all the CBD stores I've gone to, I haven't seen one that stood out as better until I went to Quality CBD. It's a vibe. They're knowledgeable, well organized, and they have great costumer service. I really recommend this place. Not only were all my questions answered & needs satisfied but I walked away with some samples of some products I was interested in!

Edit: They replaced the tincture and vape cartridge for me. That was really great of them. They didn't have to do that. If this happened with products I bought online, I doubt I would have got them replaced. The CBD is true broad spectrum, and is effective for my needs. I spoke with them in the store about this and also did some research online this morning. Their lab tests show that the other cannabinoids are below the level of quantification (which is a level where the quantity can more accurately be measured from my understanding), it does not show that they are not detected, so this is broad spectrum, just not as high in other cannabinoids as other broad spectrum products. I felt like this was the case, since their products seem more effective than isolate, but not as effective as other broad spectrum products. This shouldn't be an issue anymore since they now are using better broad spectrum CBD that has higher levels of other cannabinoids. Their candies currently have this. I've bought around 10 cartridges from these guys and only had an issue with that one, so it seems like it was a one-off occurrence. As they mention in their response, the failure rate is low (and they will also go out of their way to replace it for you) Original review: I bought a 1000mg CBD tincture (which broke, the quality of the bottle is not that good) and many vape cartridges from here. Firstly, they claim the products are broad spectrum, but their lab test at the store shows all other cannabinoids as below the level of detection. So if these products really are broad spectrum, they barely are. Additionally, their website lists all products as full spectrum which is not true since they do not contain any THC. On the plus side, the vape cartridges are very good, priced well, and they do work effectively for my medical issues. They have many different flavors. The quality of the CCell cartridges are good. There's only one brand of vape cartridges I've found online that is better in quality and price. However, one I got was leaking some from the bottom and was probably filled 70% of the way. I would still recommend this place for vape cartridges. Now on to the tincture, the oil is effective for my needs and seems to be good quality, but I'm not sure if it is true broad spectrum. The price point is decent, but not the cheapest considering the cannabinoid content. However, the quality of the actual bottle is very bad. Within two weeks of having it, the glass dropper got detached from from the top somehow when I unscrewed the top to take some of it. I left it in my bag and ordered a replacement bottle online and was going to transfer the half of the liquid remaining. Then, today, I the actual top came off of the cap and it spilled in my bag. I have had 6 or so other tinctures from other brands in my bag throughout this time. None of them have ever had a problem with the glass dropper or the top of the bottle. I have spent around $300 on products from this store and am disappointed from the quality of the bottle and that half of my product was lost when it is effective CBD.

Tony sells the best CBD in Madison... Try it out sometime... Beautiful art on walls. Great environment and friendly staff who are not over aggressive sales people like most places. Thank you again.

I tried their 1000mg oil out before and i must say it tops everything else that Ive tried prior. I called them back today to find out more information about their other products and ms. Ever provided me with the needed information and was very pleasant. Its actually rare to get that kind of customer service so way to go Ever! Ill be placing an order here shortly.

Absolutely fantastic. These guys are: knowledgable, helpful, and all around great guys to do business with. They went above and beyond with calling me back outside of their business hours and getting me squared away promptly. I'm definitely glad they are in the neighborhood and I'll definitely be back again!
