I am not exactly sure who I talked to but whoever it was was quite rude. I requested to talk to the home office and they refused to give me the number which I don't have a problem with. What I do have a problem with is when I asked for the city of the home office, I was hung up on. I will never recommend this place to anybody after being treated so unprofessionally.
