The owner seemed to be the only one in the shop when we went. She was more than happy to help us find things and tell us about the products and their benefits. I loved my products and I will definitely be back.

I came to Purple Leaf for recommendations for options for my mother. Let's say my experience was less than Impressive. You get one chance to make a first impression and it was less than Impressive and very unprofessional. Everyone was eating except a girl at a computer. I explained what I was there for was shown two bottles as the employee was eating a sub sandwich that was sitting on the counter was shown a binder with oil in it but wasn't explained very well what things were for. I was so called waited on by two people who both didn't seem very interested in helping me. I was also there for myself. After walking around the store looking at different items nobody ask me did I need help which I did I had many questions and money to spend. Everyone seemed more interested in eating than giving customer service. Can't support local business when I don't receive customer service. I won't be back. Or recommending.
