Called them at 6:27pm explained I just broke my tank... and was on my way but I might not make 6:30pm... (I live 2 minutes away but there is a traffic light) ... I was told "The doors will be locked at 6:30pm" ... I then asked "Even since I was calling ahead?"... the response was "Yes the cash register HAS to be locked at 6:30"... well I worked Retail/Service Industry for over 15 years at one point... Never once would I say that to a customer that called ahead... but I'll be taking my business elsewhere...

Refused to take payment over phone to purchase needed item right before close of business was mins away ask if they would leave purchase outside the door and they refused could have gained a customer but lost one instead.
