I have been to every shop in the area and plenty around other parts of Washington, as well as a few in Nevada. Cascade Kropz, however, was the very first and to this day it is my favorite! They have changed buildings since then, but their excellent customer service has always made me feel like family! There are two other shops closer to me, but forget them right? I'm stoned to the bone, thanks Cascade! Happy 4/20!

Very helpful staff. Straightforward and honest with how certain products can affect you. Asked questions to get a feel for our personal tastes, and what effects we wanted. Steered us in the direction of products we would like, and away from ones we wouldn't. Overall, a good experience!
