I have had long wait times (20 min for same-day, drop off prescriptions); however, for the most part this pharmacy is very good. The people are nice & things are not so bad that you have to ask for the same thing over and over again. I have had much worse.

They need help. When asking about phone calls not being answered, the reply was "our phone works. We are jist too busy to answer it".

You will almost always 15+ mins for anything here. Refill through the app and only wait once. They have peak days and times, like 4-6pm and the beginning of the month. If you can avoid these times with your refills it may help. With limited pharmacy options around, they are always busy and I have only ever seen one woman working pick ups (and bless her heart she isn't the fastest). Don't expect warm and fuzzy touches here, they are all business. There are usually 4 or so people working on filling prescriptions, doing pick up consultations, and answering the phone. I have never called to speak with anyone here, but don't think they are the most patient just hearing phone calls.

Worse pharmacy I have ever dealt with in 50+ years. Extremely slow customer non-service. Exceptionally long wait times - a 20 minute wait is fast service in their book. 30 or more minutes seems to be the norm. Confusion reins throughout the organization. There will be four or five people at the front counter, but typically only one is waiting on customers, and she is slower than Moses ever was.
