The staff will call you about a med and consistently fail to fill or inform you about other scripts that need filled. when you get there they tell you and then you have to return the next day which is a real hardship for people coming outside of Marion. In general the customer service is poor.

(1/30/19 12:45pm) I went to pick up my order and the lady who helped me (I didn’t get her name) was very abrasive. I’ve always had a good experience at this store, but she gave me a hard time about my voicemail not working when they called to tell me my order was in. I haven’t had my phone long and haven’t had a chance. I was deeply bothered by her tone and I don’t think customers should be treated that way.

THE best pharmacy and staff in Marion! Pharmacist is never too busy to answer your question. Drive-thru is extremely convenient & they give dog treats! 🐶

Not only are the staff helpful and friendly, I can always find such awesome deals, as well!! The pharmacists are extremely helpful when it comes to helping me understand my medications
