I called to ask if they sold a specific line of juice and I asked if they only had house juices and whoever answered the phone arrogantly said that they have house juices that have been being made for much longer than any of those other companies have been in business. Personally a comment with this level of arrogance especially with a prospective customer who was going to come to the store is not the right direction to take when conversing with prospective clientele on the phone. I instead of visiting this vape shop will be going to Mountain Air vapor on Exit 3 in Bristol over taking a chance on driving to Glade Spring to this location. Good employees and good communication skills over the phone or key to a business and Mountain Air has never let me down in that aspect or any other as a matter of a fact

They don't carry pen style batteries (like a Vision Spinner) or ANY 510 thread carts. Their juices are good flavored, but the sample system needs tweaked BADLY. I gave the 3 star rating because the young man working is very new and has clearly tried hard to learn what he knows and the shop has a decent location. I specifically went in for empty carts because I fill my own... but left almost empty handed. The owner needs to step up his game.
