As a business owner myself, and knowing how places should be run, Spencer is literally the absolute best. His customer service is very welcoming and is willing to help you find anything you need. Wound up having an hour conversation with the lad. Make sure if you go there specifically ask for him!

Stay away from this business and the location in Keller. If they sell you a bad bottle of juice they will not give you a refund or exchange it. I've been a regular customer at both locations for about 3 years. Never had any issues with them until recently I was sold two bad bottles of juice. The first time I wasn't aware it was bad until after I had already transferred the juice from the new dropper glass style bottle to a plastic one (don't like the new bottles but no big deal). I had thrown the glass one away and figured there was nothing I could do. The juice separated and shaking it up caused the juice to burn my throat/lungs badly. It burned up a whole pack of atomizers. I figured I probably got one random bad bottle and the next one would be good. I sent my husband out to get me a new one and when he gave it to me I could tell right off they shook it up before giving it to him, not a good sign. I put some in my tank and sure enough it was bad. It burned my throat/lungs immediately and started to separate. I had him take it back to exchange it while he was out and they refused. No refunds, no exchanges even though they could clearly see and acknowledged there was a problem. It's bad business to knowingly sell a customer a bad product and care more about being greedy than your customers satisfaction. I'll be shopping for my juice elsewhere from now on.

Quality selection, great prices and nice atmosphere. Very helpful staff, Lexie answered questions about my device in layman's terms and made sure I left the store confident with my set up. Great service and stock!
