The have very competitive prices on e-juice, if they have it. I vape with one of the premium brands and they are always out of stock! Every time I go I hear “ uh yeah we had problems with ordering. But when they do have it they offer it at a great price. But they get you by overpricing the coils they sell. I use a coil that sells for $4.99 at most stores and they charge $9 for it. I just wish they would order in anticipation of how much they actually sell, so they don’t run out for weeks at a time.

Usually we have no problems at all with this place until my husbands vape stopped charging and it came with a year warranty... He hasn’t even had it for a year yet and the man who was working said “since it looks pretty beat up we can’t do it” what’s the point of telling your customers the “warranty” is voided because of the condition? Pretty sure it wouldn’t matter considering if a screen cracks on a phone and looks “pretty beat up” you can still fix the phone under the warranty. Extremely poor customer service. We will be sure to take our business elsewhere from now on and and to a place will be actually able to use a warranty if anything happens.

Their customer service is probably the biggest thing that makes me a loyal customer. They always greet you, make sure you are acknowledged when you sit at the bar and quick service. They definitely know their products and can explain it to you in detail. Mainly, they are just personable and knowledgeable. I love their flavors. So many different options and their menu is well organized and the descriptions are very clear. Give these guys a chance and you won't be disappointed. I have been a loyal customer here for over 2 years.
