I have attempted to shop at this GNC on two occasions, once at 7:40pm and once at 7:30pm. Both times the store hours were posted as open until 8:00pm, yet the door was locked with an associate inside. I called to ask what time they closed; the associate said 8:00pm. I replied that it was 7:40pm and she responded, “Well, I’m closed.” The second attempt she did not even answer the phone, just sat inside a locked store.
