No help at all. I asked if they had just the a/c recharge hose with the gauge on it and the response was “if you dont see one, then no”. Well fu then! First and last time ill bother going there.

I walk in I ask the cashier for a part and he doesn’t answer back just ignores me. Then I ask him if they are about to close because I didn’t like at the time. He blows me off. I ask again and he said with a attitude I am working on it. If you want business you have to be nice not a. Well you know what I mean. I don’t know if he was having a bad day but there is no reason for a Napa employee to act like to a customer.
