Jay/J was incredibly friendly and helpful. I had absolutely no idea what I was doing and he was patient, clearly listened, and we overall had a good chat while helping me find exactly what I needed. Sometimes specialty shops like this can be a little much to digest for somebody unfamiliar but the experience was absolutely great.
