Alternative Health is a couple owned shop, the first real shop in knox actually. Immediately Esha and one of her employees Matt made my fiance and I feel like we were family. Since then we have met her husband Terry, who truly cares about showing members of community exactly what options they have when persuing a natural path for medicating and alleviation. Definitely the most personable Hemp/holistic shop in Knoxville.

Owner is amazing knows his stuff . He's from the old school. He's more than fair he's out to actually help ppl not break your wallet. That's super hard to find. I will not go anywhere else. I won't even think about it!!!! Really go here first then compare you'll see what I mean.

I stubbled on this establishment as I searched for a CBD store to buy some oil to help with my anxiety. I was surprised to discover it around the corner from my house. I was skeptical they wouldn’t have what I needed, but much to my surprise they had what I needed and more. An added plus was the friendly and knowledgeable staff on hand. I highly recommend this CBD store to anyone searching for CBD products.
