Not a family grocery store. One of the ONLY STORES to hire a power tripping security guard for Covid19. I was refused access to the store because I was with my boyfriend. I wasn't even allowed to wait and go in afterward.... From one day to the next they change their "laws" for safety protocol. Its not right. I used to shop there often... the Security guard and the owner himself were so unacommadating and rude. I wont be shopping there ever again. The only employees that understood proper customer care do not appear to be employed any longer. With all the other negative reviews on this page I can see why I shouldn't shop here. Merci bonsoire!

I usually shop for my groceries across the street at the other local outlet. But today I decided to give IGA one more chance. Plain and simple, never again. The lady at the cash was very rude to me. She rudely told me to take my groceries in the cart to my car because they don't have plastic bags any more. I told her that it would be hard to get my $100 order from my car to my house piece by piece. She shrugged as if to say "not my problem". IGA Rigaud will not be a problem for me either going forward! I have many other places to spend my grocery money.
