Le vendeur ne m’a pas donné les renseignements exactes sur le produit que j’ai acheté. Rendu à mon véhicule, j’ai lu les renseignements sur le contenant et cela ne me convenait pas. J’ai alors voulu un remboursement, qu’on m’a refusé. Selon mon reçu, ce Monsieur s’appelle Éric F...... Achat 4 mars 2020.
