I will tell i spoke with Jacob who was very patient and professional servicing me. When i recd my order i was surprisingly happy with the quality which was lightly moist. Freshly seeded, and the aroma was soothingly satisfying. I used it at a time i was having great pains in my shoulders. I used a little more than i preferred but pains were resolved until the following evening. I will be a return customer especially if it elimates all of these pills i need. I will also refer others. Thanks Jacob for a smooth process.
