When I walked in the door, I felt like I was intruding. No other customers were in the store at the time. One employee behind a desk was on the phone and continued on the phone during my whole visit. An older lady , who was in the back working, came out to assist me and it was as if I was a distraction from her work that she had to talk to me. I wanted a one-a-day vitamin. Something that I could take once a day to ensure me of necessary daily vitamin intake for my health. Throughout this exhausting time she made me feel rushed in any decision I made to purchase. Meanwhile, the other lady stayed on the phone; and it was not business she was talking. I ended up leaving with a product that I have to take 3 times a day. Not what I wanted. Not going there anymore. They obviously are making way too much money and don’t need mine. With the strength of competitive business out there, you would think that retailers would be trying to give you something more than just the product you seek... something that costs nothing... a smile, attentiveness, interest... some sign of appreciation that would make you want to come back! You won’t find that here. So sad.
