Stopped by here a few months ago because I needed to pick up a new pipe for all of my perfectly legal tobacco that I smoke on an almost daily basis. I didn't expect the level of customer service that I received. The wonderful customer service helped me find the perfect pipe. It felt like a harry potter movie trying out everything until the store filled with a glorious light as i picked up a wonderfully hand crafted wooden wizard pipe, and for the first time in my life I felt complete. At least that what I think happened, I've been stoned for the last 3 months and I cant remember my childhood.

Best 1 stop bong shop in midland. And the staff are great, if they dont carry a specific item they will usally order it for you.

Friendly staff, fair prices, decent selection. Always have a positive experience when I pop in. Unfortunately I have to dock a star as the store was closed with no postage a few weeks ago & myself a few others were waiting outside to no avail. One of the people waiting called the Orillia location and was informed that it was indeed meant to be open. This is not a common issue however.
