Good variety but over priced. Staff is friendly sometimes and other times not. Their knowledge seems to come from what the companies say about their products rather than first-hand experience and true knowledge. I stopped in their Whitby location and noticed the same products priced lower, which was very disappointing.

Fantastic customer service, product selection, and prices. Very knowledgeable staff! My go-to for healthy groceries and all of my supplement needs for the whole family including our 1-year old daughter. I frequently refer patients here as well for supplements and natural health products.
