This is the worst vape store I have been to. The customer service just isn't there in the slightest. It seems like the only thing they care about is selling pods and pod systems to the students in oxford. I was sold a $100 mod that I didn't need. The employees don't care about returning customers obviously considering I spent $100 and a good amount of time in the store, and they did not act like they had ever seen me before 2 days later when I went into the store to get juice. I was sold 50mg salt nic for my sub-ohm device. I asked if this would work because I was under the impression that it wouldn't. He told me it would work but it would be harsh. Completely untrue, and it ruined my coil. I will never return to this store as this is clearly just a profit-only company. As a business student in oxford it is shocking how poor of customer service and knowledge the employees have for being a VAPE store. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Seriously save your time and money and go to one of the other stores in oxford. You'll be appreciated more there.
