Great place to buy vitamins. Prices are good and there is good selection. There are also other health products.

I am all for supporting local businesses. I am a Hartville-native, and would much rather give my support to a small business over a big-box store. This is precisely why I chose to go during my work day, as they are only open during my own working hours, to Vitanet to pick up some Fenugreek capsules. I viewed their pricing, on their own website, and saw that they were comparable to Walmart and Target. When I arrived there, I noticed the price was "on sale" for $5 more than what was listed on their website. I asked if he would price match...he does not, not even his own website. When I asked why, he said it is because he does not make any money at that price. I asked why he has it listed online then, for that price, and he told me because he gets shipping and doesn't have to talk to people. His shipping was only $2.99, it will just barely cover the cost to ship it, plus then he has to pay PayPal/CC fees. I was ready to pay cash and walk out the door a happy customer. Honestly, I could have purchased it online from him, had him ship it to me 4 minutes down the road, and it still would have been cheaper than in the store. But I will save him the trouble of talking to me, or gaining my business, and go pick it up at Walmart instead. Something is wrong when you can't treat the individual willing to come into your store as you would the customer that is buying your product online. No worries, I won't be back.
