A complete failure. The intelligint ohioans go to Michigan where we spend a fraction of the money on a far superior product... You people and your "Ohio Units" are the laughing stock of country.

The staff were really friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to help me get started and understand the variety that is available. I wasn't sure what to expect but it was very nice. The interior design is beautiful.
