I had "tennis" elbow brought on from a kayaking trip down in Florida - I rubbed CBD oil from Charlotte's Best CBD on my elbow for several days, and each time the pain subsided within a few minutes and it felt better each morning. It worked for me!

Wonderful product! I get aches from running. The CBD oil helps relieve the aches and pains in my ankles, calves, and knees. I usually rub the 500mg Natural CBD oil in with a little lotion and get long lasting relief in a just few minutes! Great support from the owner when you have questions about using the CBD! I aslo take it regularly in my coffee for daily releif for sicknees, or any other pains I would get during the day. Whenever I get nosebleeds (which happens often, from dry air and allergies) I rub CBD on my nose, and it almost intantly feels better!
