I ordered a bottle of CBD with Melatonin soft gels, it appeared to have already been opened. I counted the amount of pills in the bottle and there were only 29 soft gels tablets, (should be 30). I left a message at Palm Organix and the owner got back to me today. He was perplex as to how that happened and gave no excuse, but did apologize and stated that quality and customer satisfaction is very important to him. He tried to make it right which I greatly appreciated. He's sending me a replacement bottle. I will update my review if I experience the same issue on the next bottle.

I ordered my product online and it got to me quick! I LOVE the Energy Drink and I've used the mint and orange tinctures in baking, in hot tea, and have just used straight up. Great, easy to use products!!

PROS: I’ve walked past this store countless times and the first thing I love about it is the look. The atmosphere is great, they’re clean, and they have many products to choose from. The people that work there are very nice and will even offer you a free sample of CBD oil or gummies. They also have a 30 day return policy in case you weren’t satisfied with the product. CONS: I bought the CBD oil (I posted picture of it in photo album) with the belief that it can help with stress. They said their products are straight from Colorado and are proven to work. I was given the timeframe that people feel the effects in 3 days give or take... I took it for 3 weeks and nothing. My hopes were high for this product and I did every step right (30mg a day, under tongue for 90 seconds, etc) and it never delivered. If the oil wasn’t productive I could only imagine what else isn’t. OVERALL: I like the fact that they’re nice, presentable, and I’ll give them credit for their return policy but when you base yourself off of one type of product (CBD in this case) and it doesn’t do anything it’s upsetting. Especially when you count on it to lower stress, or maybe pain management for other people.
