I've been coming here for the past few months and I have to say; the service here is off the charts. They have amazing customer service. They have a vast array of CBD products. From tinctures to teas, and Water to flower. This place has it all. And it all works. I'll be honest; I'm not the type to leave reviews for businesses. But this place deserves all the praise it gets. Truthfully. My only issue is that there is only one store. Lol. To the people who run this business: keep up the good work. You'll always have a customer in me. And I will always recommend this place. ✌

I would like to thank the incredible representative Phil, for the amazing assistance provided and friendliness. Phil was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. His ability to assist me was truly an experience, as I did not know anything about CBD. Phil was able to convey information and expertise on every product. Upstate CBD was able to provide me an experience like no other local business in their field. Thank you and I will be sure to return.

I threw my lower back out three weeks ago and finally found some true, natural pain relief with Upstate CBD. I don't remember the employees name (we're both St.Rose grads though, so she's my "Rosebud," from now on), but she was as sweet and helpful as you can imagine (give that woman a raise lol).. it was my first experience with the shop and I was beyond impressed. I know that tonight I'll sleep better than I have in days.. practically in tears, I'm so relieved to be relieved from the pain. Thank you, Upstate CBD!

Anthony welcomed me with open arms! He is very experienced in the product and I enjoyed my time there! I love the suggestions he offered in which I took and have already enjoyed thoroughly. I'll definitely be returning :) Great customer service! Awesome product! Plenty of options!
