Don't understand how someone could possibly give a bad review. 5 stars all around.Regardless of potential delays due to Covid.. my order came in on time! Thorne's products are affordable and all natural... Happy to have Thorne protecting my family's health during these times...

Don't trust this company very "sketchy" when it comes to the quality of their products. Formulations are changed at random with no warning to the consumer. Supplements are added or deleted at will. This could be a potential catastrophe to the consumer. "Warning do not use their products can cause major health concerns"

If I could give I negative review I would a one is too high. My sister order Thorne's heavy metal test in February and returned it shortly after she received it. She has been trying to get the results, a refund, or a new test since then. Everyone has said they would help and still nothing is done. She has called several times as have I. Everyone promises results and still nothing. You can not speak to a supervisor. This company's intgrity is subpar and I am being kind. I once thought they were a good company. How a company treats an issues a customer has shows true colors and these aparently are there's.

12.15.18 Ordered 11/27. Order held without communication. I had to email. No response except to tell me it was received. I called. CS said the had to look into it. Called me back, said my old card that had fraud was the only one she could see and they weren't processing b/c that card had fraud. I advised I added a new card for this order because the old one had fraud. Asked to talk to accounting, she said they don't have a phone - really? I tried emailing again - asked for it to go to accounting. We'll see.....#onlythorne

Can't explain the negative review posted here. Thorne Research is on everyone's list as one of the best cutting edge vitamin and supplement companies nationwide. Their research and formulation of proven products is trusted by nutritionists, sports and fitness groups, and the medical community. When my doctor and my physical therapist independently recommended two different Thorne products, I obviously had to pay attention. Nothing but favorable results from TR - in my opinion, the best at any price.
