I was looking for help for my dog's arthritis and found the gentleman who was there very helpful. He was able to explain how CBD works, how to dose, and also suggested products for me. The store was very clean and well lit. The fountain was very relaxing. I'll be back if the tincture works for my pup!

The staff was knowledgeable. The store was very accessible for the disabled. I really liked the store. They will sit with you and go over the products if standing is a problem. They also offer phone consultations at the Camillus store. Prices are very reasonable.

The store is beautiful. Very spa-like and meticulously clean. Rob was very knowledgeable. He assisted me with a CBD product for my dog and then something to help me. I would definitely return.
