The Staff at Compassionate Hearts ,had just that. compassion for helping others in need. They were great and very knowledgeable.

I called Compassionate Hearts in an attempt to establish a new provider, I had dealt with them previously and had a great experience, but they were not able to help me at that time. This time however I did not make it more then 2 minutes into the phone call. My phone call went as such, "Hello, Compassionate Hearts." "May I ask who I'm speaking to?" I asked. "May I ask who I'M speaking to?" She replied. Now this immediately rubbed me the wrong way. I've worked many jobs that required me to interact with people on the phone and I would never have dared to include the attitude or tone in which she replied to me, especially when your job is customer service. What I had expected was, "Compassionate Hearts this is such and such speaking, how may I help you?" To which I would have replied accordingly, but that was not what happened. So I replied very coldly but accordingly instead and I fully intend to take my business elsewhere. If you are incapable of handling a phone call professionally, then you do not deserve to handle any further business from me.
