Absolutely rude heavy set white man with glasses came out yelling at my husband and myself and our kids to move as we were moving and was extremely hostile and agitated still standing in the doorway staring us down as we drove off, not a very welcoming experience for our 3, 8 and 12 yo childrens first time in Angel Fire, completely unnecessary interaction. I am appalled at the hatefulness he displayed towards our family. This business should be ashamed!

This was my first time to rent from Mountain Sports and couldn't have been more pleased. Very easy process with excellent equipment. I was so happy with my gear that I bought the skis after demoing them. Will definitely use them again.

We have always (for 10+years) used them for ski rentals and gear. Amazing customer service and friendly staff makes it hard not to stop when we’re in town! I love Mountain Sports!

We bought a $40 sled from Mountain Sports and after only my 4 year old using it a handful of times, the handle on it broke the next day. I took it in to see what could be done and the response was “we don’t warranty our items.” I understand his policy to a point, but this was an expensive sled that was evidently very poorly made. There was no damage to the handle that would show that it collided with a rock or any other debris, the handle simply broke free from the sled. If the policies are going to be so black and white, the equipment should at least be made well. Just to be clear, I was not asking for a refund, I asked an exchange or even to see if the sled could be fixed. Wish the company would stand by the items they sell.

Our daughter rented ski equipment here and it all went smoothly. They even let her extend for an additional day with no hassle, and they were very helpful in picking out the right equipment for her size and skill level. It was a great trip and we just wanted to say thank you.
