I walked into Your CBD Store without any idea of what I wanted, I was greeted by Christina with a water-soluble tincture sample. She took the time to walk me through the whole store to explain each product to me in detail and helped me pick the best product for me. We chose the Full Spectrum Natural Tincture. I was so happy that Christina seemed to genuinely care about finding the right product for me and never made me feel pressure to buy. I’ll definitely be back!!

Sign on the door says open 10 a.m. to 5 PM. I travel about 20 miles to go there and at 4 there's no one around in the store is closed. I called the phone number listed on the door and let it ring about 20 times and no one picks up. Called back every 15 minutes and no answer. This store is a scam and doesn't care at all about its customers. Look else where to buy CBD products. Update on 4/29/20, after I went back to the store the next day: I had gotten a call from the store manager the next day asking if it was me who was repeatedly calling as my number showed up on their phone as missed calls. I told him it was and I told him that I will be going to the store on that day to pick up a product I was interested in. He said he would stay late if I needed him to. I told him I would definitely be there before 3:30 this time. Lol. When I got there I was greeted by a nice gentleman named Gary and I selected the product I was interested in and he kindly gave me a 20% discount... Which he explained was his discount. I was initially getting a 15% discount as a new customer but he generously gave me his discount and then also gave me a free CBD hand sanitizer which I thought was nice of him. I have been using the product and I can say it goes on easy and does have some effect. I was contacted via email about this review from I believe it was the store owner today. She kindly asked me to edit this review after she explained that her manager took care of me intentionally. I really appreciate when retailers take their reviews seriously. In today's world that is great customer service. So I am changing my rating of the store from One Star to Five Stars.

Extremely knowledgeable, courteous and helpful! I'm somewhat skeptical of trendy products but their CBD products truly worked for me (where generic brands haven't) and for my aging dog as well. Would highly recommend their products and thank them for their expertise.

A company that stands behind it's product and also has employees that are knowledgeable and helpful. I was greeted by Garry when I walked in and he was able to answer all my questions within a few minutes. I highly recommend trying the water soulable oils which can be felt almost instantly after ingesting. I'll definitely be back.
