Staff are really friendly. Prices on the other hand are pretty bad. I got a cart yesterday and when I got back home I realized it was over half way empty. Tried calling to see if I could return it for another and they keep ignoring my calls, left a message and no response. Silver state relief in Reno is fantastic all around and highly suggest it.

I would give 5 stars for customer service, but the overall rating due to price. Nearly twice as expensive here as the same product in Tahoe. You'd think a chain like this would have lower prices. The price of the product makes it unlikely to leave a good tip to the budtender when the staff deserves it. Bummer.
