Worst vape shop around. I went in and bought some juice and two coils. One of the coils was the wrong coil. I called as soon as this was figured out and talked to whoever was there at the time. I was told as long as there was no juice in the coil, I could get a replacement. I told him I would bring in the wrong one and switch it out the next day. Got there the next day, explained the situation to the guy that was there and was informed by him that he would not switch out the coil, even though I was told differently. He, very rudely, told me I was pretty much SOL. I asked him if I could get a refund. He stated absolutely not. So, I said, you mean I just spent money on a coil that you won't replace and I can't use? So I am screwed out of that money? He smirked and says to me, yep, that's what I'm saying!! Worst customer service. I will never come back and I definitely will never recommend them. There are too many other vape shops around. I refuse to give my money to someone who is going to be rude and disrespectful.

Had what I needed and attendant was helpful. Although I got home and pen didnt work. Took back to store and handed to dude. Works fine now. Story of my life

I had an Awesome time at Vapor World. Justin I believe was his Name. He was so Super Cool. I talked about my POSITIVE EXPERIENCE THERE FOR DAYS. The Only Problem is the Charger. It Only worked for a couple of weeks. This time I am getting the more Expensive one.
