Wonderful people and amazing products!! The staff is super knowledgeable, friendly and patient. The Phoenix 500mg pain cream has been a real "game changer" for me. I use it for my lower back pain, my migraines and to help ease the weight and tension that I carry on my shoulders. I will definitely be using Phoenix for all of my CBD needs!

Was having really bad lower back pain. Came into the store and the employee was super nice and answered all my questions. I tried a sample of the 500 mg pain cream and felt it within minutes. Came in a week later and bought a bottle of it. Truly life changing.

The combination of education and quality of products have me hooked and you add in superior customer service.. there is no where else I need to be for my CBD and Kratom needs! Try a bathbomb too! So good!

Employee was pleasant but did not stand behind product. No return policy even for a different product. Per owner you can not return at all Did not want money back but it didn’t matter. I will not return to store. I had been purchasing since they open in Overland Park. I had never been told that if the product didn’t work I couldn’t return. Product is too expensive not to work. Nice people but poor policy
