Every time I’ve gone to Biotanica the customer service has been perfect. I like that they’ve had small sample sizes to purchase and try before committing to the larger sizes of products. They have also allowed customers to sample CBD oil flavors prior to purchasing. Their product is high quality and their rewards program is awesome.

I have severe neck, and shoulder pain due to injury. The pain was stopping all my activity. I started the CBD full Spectrum drops, and topical cream. Had 90-95% relief within 2 hours of first use. Continued the recommended dose of drops 2x per day, and cream only as needed. The relief is amazing. Only problem is I have to stop using the CBD for the Doctor to find the source of the pain. It is the most effective source of pain relief I've experienced.

Store was very good, clean, organized and simple. The lady there was able to answer literally every question i had regarding CBD product and helping me find things that could help my dad who was suffering from cancer at the time. Great store
