I can't say I will be shopping here anymore considering they are not even open when they say they are. This is not the first time either. It says open at 10 on the website and I waited an hour and no one opened the store. I also saw 5 other people try to shop and the doors were locked at 11 still. Very disappointed because I come from out of town so when they are just closed for no reason it pisses me off.

Terrible quality glass its all very thin also a very small selection of glass thats is thin or cheap. They don't even carry quarts bangers. Also there service is terrible and half the time the manager is on the phone. If you want quality and good service it isn't here!

Cheap China glass, seriously go on dhgate.com I garruntee you will find the piece you want from here at 1/4 the price. Owner has a serious ego problem. Instead of actually giving you help when you ask for it he will instead belittle you for not knowing what you're asking about. Owner should seriously consider pursuing a new career where he shouldn't have to speak with the public.
