The spectrum oil is a MIRACLE WORKER!I use it for my CHRONIC back pain &migraine headaches . I used to be on the heating pad every day & popping acetaminophen & aleve like it was candy. And i had 3-4 migraines a week! NOW 1 a week! I only use the oil when i feel the pain starting or a headache coming so you DON'T NEED to take it every day. ABSOLUTELY LOVE it & have RECOMMENDED it! Thanks for such a GREAT PAIN RELIEVER!
