Girlfriend and I stopped by today to inquire about some CBD products for sleep aid. (First time customer never tried CBD products) Before we entered the store an employee had informed me that they were just broken into and robbed the night before! He apologized and recommended we try their other store on River Ave. I apologized for the unfortunate circumstances and explained I just had questions about CBD in general and wanted to know if they had anything that could help me so I didnt just waste a trip to the other location. He then took the time to go over to another employee/manager (IDK) and he explained to me what it does and gave me a FREE sample of product that he thought would help me all while dealing with what had just happened to their store! Absolutely have my business from now on if the product works. Very kind and informative guys who truly care about the customer.

5 starts only to the employees who are kind and welcoming. I've frequented the store the past month or so now and love everything and everyone except for a select few staff lacking in customer service. I typically have had a great experience and all my questions are answered!

Love this place!! The staff is extremely helpful and always recommend bomb products and have good promotions. Mike in particular is a worker who helps me often and is very kind. The two owners that are always helpful as well. I work retail so I’m always coming in before close and the staff is soo kind to me every time.

Excellent, professional service. There is always someone at the front desk to help you immediately. The prices vary based on quality but range from $10 all the way up to $80 depending on whether you want plant or pure processed. I highly recommend this store, they have the best CBD product in town! Note: the pictures I attached are pure CBD flower that contain less than 0.3% THC.

This is the best place for CBD in West Michigan. I highly recommend any person to come in. The service is awesome and they honestly care to give you the best deal. I wish I could’ve given them a 6 out of 5 stars.

Hands down the best I’ve been to! I give it 5 stars plus more! Very knowledgeable with their products. I’ve went in quite a few times not exactly knowing much and one of their employees Brian is really friendly when I go in and I’ve never been disappointed with the opinions he offered. Amazing!!!!

I've been there a few times now, and every time I'm greeted with a friendly voice, friendly smile, and fantastic customer service. And fantastic product but as I'm sure a lot of other people here are. In fact I would go as far to say that I have received above and beyond expectation of customer service. I would recommend to my closest friend our dearest loved one.
