Being new to Cecil County, this fast became my only dispensary. I’m getting to know the staff and everyone is so outgoing. There’s no need to look elsewhere. They are like family.

They have a menu online that is not accurate. Item says “1/8ths only” but gives option to purchase 1/4 with $5 savings (which would mean two 1/8ths). Placed the order, get a text that confirms the order and says it’s being filled, then the employees text me saying they “don’t have a 1/4, only two 1/8ths” and ask if I still want it. I asked if the price will be the 1/4 price and they said “only $5 more”. If it’s “only $5” then honor then price on your website and the order I placed like any other dispensary would do; i don’t appreciate that they want to charge customers more because it’s in two containers instead of one when you couldn’t be bothered to update your menu online.

When you have questions and need guidance, the staff at Pharmkent are right there to support you. Everyone is professional and very compassionate. Always has a good variety to choose from and prices are great! They really make sure you get discounts and share any other specials they have daily. Thank you !
