The first time I went there to shop I witnessed the owner completely berating one of his customers. Swearing and yelling at them! I could not believe it!!! I will never shop in this store again. I prefer to support honest, kindly business owners that treat their staff and customers with RESPECT. I go to RONA in Lac du Bonnet for all of my hardware needs. Norm is a true gentleman, very helpful and respectful. He even offered me a bed when my house burned down in 2015! I highly recommend you take your business there!

I don't dislike the store however the sales staff needs a shake up. It's a job and I'm sure they get paid to do it. I won't be back.
