I will not do business with this company due to their fraudulent connection with Cardiff Lexington, publically traded under the symbol CDIX. For the past few weeks since a press release came out about the two companies merging, there has been zero in regards to a legal filing (an 8K) to prove the merger was even legit. All Cardiff Lexington has done is dilute their stock and their shareholders have lost it all. These people should be in jail. The stock is down big again today. They know it was never going to happen and only misled the public. Stay clear!
