I bought an aegis Vape mod three months ago and it had a manufacturer's defect. I went into the store I hoping for an exchange but was told that after 30 days it's no longer their problem. I left a bad review on their Facebook page and was contacted by the store manager who once again offered no help, she then deleted my post off of Facebook visitor notes.

Went in for first time to purchase a mod or vape kit whatever.. I didnt know anything about vaping but neither did the clerk... She was rude and just acted like she didn't care one way or the other if I bought anything.. everything she told me was untrue she was very unknowledgeable .. won't be back .. please get friendlier staff and plz hire people who are passionate about your product.. big turnoff when the staff is rude and hateful.

I visited this place for the first time last week. Was going in to see if they could assist me with figuring out why my vapes tank was leaking. First thing I noticed was how clean it was, but also empty. If it wasn't for the service counters with vapes and software, I would've thought it was a cell phone store. No personality. I ended up walking out before talking with the man behind the counter. When I had walked in, there was an older lady he was helping. Overhearing the conversation, she was arguing over a vape that she had purchased within the week that she wasn't satisfied with and he was giving her the run around saying it was against their policy. She had to pull up the website and show him their "satisfaction guarantee" to get him to do the return. This is when I walked out. I wanted to share the experience, even though I was only an on-looker. I've seen another review of someone mentioning the store not upholding the supposed satisfaction guarantee. Take it with a grain of salt and think before shopping for hardware here. I'd MUCH rather go to Fallout Vapor. 👍
