I rarely get a DVD that doesn't work, and when I have, they've let me rent another copy of it free and gave me another for my trouble. They have fun charity events and specials. The late fees aren't bad and the not new movies cost very little. The candy is usually spendy, but sometimes it's got a good deal. Their hours aren't great, but they probably can't support better hours. The ambiance is ok as is the service, better some days than others. The lighting's a little painful, and the bathroom and entrances aren't the most accessible. You might be thinking that the internet is more convenient or that Redbox is cheaper, and for the most part you'd be right, though Redbox has less selection, frequently sells out of what they do have, and only allows one night rental. The internet may have more selection, except when it comes to Disney, and you may be able to do it from the comfort of your home, but sometimes an in person browsing experience and local business touches are worth it.
