I had the best experience here today! A younger guy, I didn't catch his name, he had on a long sleeve blue Michigan shirt, helped me today. I was super nervous coming in because I didn't know much about kratom or what kind I should get and he came up and must of seen I was hesitant to ask and let me know right away there are no stupid questions and that the more I can explain what I would like the better he can help me and get me what I need. I am super impressed by the store, the service and the product so far! I will definitely be back!

I went into this shop a recent Sunday, the 19th I think, and had a great experience. The young woman working the shop is responsible. She was knowledgeable, professional, helpful, warm, and kind! I'd bet she deserves a promotion! I want to go back just to chat with her again. She recommended these leaf wraps to me, and they are awesome! Way better than the raw wraps I used to use.

I went in with very little knowledge about cbd for my dog. Luckily Krista broke everything done for me to understand and helped me pick out the right dosage and explained how full spectrum was the way to go. She's also really pretty and very personable. I've tried Kratom at several places, from Kratom stores, head shops to even sketchy gas stations ( I was very naive at the time, don't ever so this) and this business is the best place so far that I've found. The workers were very knowledgeable about the different types of kratom strains and also the cbd products. They made my shopping experience a very pleasant one. Give these guys a raise! Their products are the purest quality i have seen in a long time. If you are looking for an alternative besides Big Pharma meds, this is the place. I will be back to shop here the next time through Chicago! Thanks a bunch!

Store is nice, employees are smart and friendly, BUT I just picked a piece of plastic wrapping out of my bag of powder. Why would you not at least sift new product through a screen, you know, so rocks and PLASTIC don't enter your customers bodies. The employees, I am sure would have swapped it, if I discovered it in store as they are very nice, but c'mon you charge a HUGE PREMIUM, and the product isn't even checked. Ridiculous.

The Hoffman Estates store itself is very clean and they’ve taken great care to keep their customers safe from COVID-19. My sister and I went into the shop on September 14th. It was so clean and organized, and both girls were so welcoming! Their knowledge on the products and length of time for the products to take affect as well as how long they lasted was super helpful. We ended up buying way more than I had planned, but we have no regrets! The chocolate bars are delicious and the taffy, strawberries and cream, were incredibly tasty. We will definitely be back and hope the girls are there when we step back in! Such an amazing place to check out when you’re looking for relief from pain and anxiety. Thanks so much ladies!!

I have been wanting to try CBD for quite a while and this afternoon I went to CBD Kratom. A very knowledgeable young man, Garret, stepped up to help me and answer all my questions. I had tried CBD only once before and had loads of questions for the 2 issues I was going to try the CBD for. I spent quite a while with Garret and he remained helpful and patient and above all he seemed very knowledgeable! I am anxious to try the selected product and hopefully I will be back to try other types of CBD to find just the right fit for my issues!
