This is the only smoke shop in the area I will visit. All of the employees (especially Garrett) are super nice and super helpful. The prices and selection also cannot be beaten! No fake glass or outrageous price tags. Just straightforward, down to earth people and products.

I have been going to this shop for a couple months. Bought my first device there and after a couple months device went bad. They couldn’t explain why because I was using it correctly. I didn’t want to keep arguing so I asked them for a suggestion, which I bought full price and set it up in the store to ensure I did it correctly. Seemed to work great. By the time I got home, 10min later, device was starting to taste burnt. I switched to another cartridge and new liquid and again within a few min it tasted burnt. Just went again today to speak to them about it as this is now the second device I’ve bought that did this. Went through my whole routine with them and how I use it (mind you I’ve been vaping for years and have used every device possible so I know how to use a device). Had the guy even try it and look at the cartridge. Said cartridge looks perfect but after the first hit, he even said it was burnt. Asked him if there’s anything they can do at this point, a simple gesture to keep a customer. But no! They wanted me to spend more money buying another device after I’ve already spent money based off their suggestion and got a bad device. I will not be returning here even though it’s the closest one. I’d rather go somewhere more helpful and understanding. Especially after they made a suggestion and clearly gave me a bad device. I would caution anyone to go here as they will not really help their customers.
