Never had an issue until today. I believe it was Shelia (Rude) that put me on hold when I called. I needed prices on pvc. I was on hold for seven minutes when she came back on and just said "Ma'am, hold. Just hold." and clicked off. Even if they had a good price, I wouldn't buy from them now. Customer service is dead.

Needed P trap for bathroom sink , caulk and other items for minor repair and Kathy was quick to meet us in plumbing Dept and knew exactly what I needed and where to find it... She was friendly and very professional 5 Stars!!
