Never open when it’s supposed to be, now the hours have changed from 12 to 12 because they can’t ever get there to open on time. Half the time, new releases aren’t on the wall on tuesdays. The manager likes to bring her child to work LATE also. But in my opinion this is a GM issue. Fire people if they can’t do their jobs. It isn’t family owned, so why keep people who can’t do their job correctly.

Not impressed!! Nobody has a customer service number to call. The store isn't opened half the time through the day because they don't show up .Tried to come in to complain to the manager but found out she only works 2 days a week . I was told the assistant manager would be in during the day on June 4th. No surprise there went in to complain and the store was closed again during business hours. The ones who work the evenings have been as helpful as they can and very nice .If I ever go back will only go in the evening what's the point during the day Trying to find a number to complain. If anyone has it please post .
