This vape shop has some of the worst customer service I have seen in my entire life and I will never be coming back,there are many other vape shops that have owners that actually care and that is where my money will be spent. First of all the owner didn't I'D me even though I look under 21 which is not right,not only that but the owner refused to refund my purchase or give me a new one even though they sold me a product that didn't work that I even tried in front of them right when I bought it,instead of being nice and trying to please the customer the owner and the worker decided to give me a very bad attitude instead of actually trying to make the customer happy. This is not my first bad experience at the shop but it is the last. I can't see this place lasting long at all in all honesty

Excellent customer service. Both gentlemen that help me were very welcoming and very knowledgeable about their product's. They answered my questions in a professional manner. I was looking for a specific product that I couldn't find anywhere and the fact that I was from out of town made all the more difficult to find...after losing all hope from calling several different locations and only to strike out at each one was disappointing so after a good 15min of searching I saw that the nearest smoke shop was Rock N' Roll So instead of calling I pulled up and I'm glad I did! Not only did they have what I was looking for they also recommended other products to try out after explaining in short detail my situation and my wife's. Glad I stopped here! great experience over all and this location will be my number one spot everytime I'm in the area visiting my Family. Thank you for all your help guys. Rock on! #CBD! #Cookies!

Walked in to grab some detox drinks, left spending over $130, paid for it and checked out the products on amazon in my car, found the prices to be marked up tremendously in store and went back inside to ask for a refund or a price match. was told they would be unable to help me out in any way and would not accept returns. poor business model in my opinion, id be willing to meet in the middle or at least let me return the products so someone else can get robbed. hopefully a poor review is worth $100 and making sure everyone i know doesnt go into that store.
