Outstanding customer service. The owner Tim answered the phone himself and took time out of his day to educate me on the product and the industry as a whole and gave me the best product for what I needed. He could have easily uphold me but he made sure to tell me what the best bang for my buck was and actually steered me away from what I was originally looking into. The product worked great for me and I highly recommend Herblife nutrition to anyone else.

As a dedicated user of Herb Life 500/1000 MG Broad Spectrum CBD MCT OIL.I can tell you that this Product has Honestly Changed my Life. I have multiple health Issues that affect my ability to function without pain through out my body I/E Back & Nerve Pain. Speaking for myself and my experience with HerbLifes CBD OIL it's absolutely been a life Changing Experience. Now due to a small problem I encountered with the 1st bottle I tried. A sales associate @ the store I purchased the CBD Oil from kindly gave me a pH.# to call a representative from the Co. HerbLife. When I called by Chance I got Tim the Owner of the Company. After telling him of this Minor problem with the Child Proof Lid he Quickly Responded No Problem if you don't mind giving me your address I'll send you a Replacement Bottle for your trouble.I explained I wasn't looking for anything for Free but he insisted.It arrived the next day. I've been doing Business with Tim now for about 6 months and I can tell you that Tim's HerbLife Co.s Customer Service is Above & Beyond. So I'd like to Thank Tim & his Team for Excellent Service.
