Lady that works there is very rude, unhelpful and thinks the chinese glass is American made top flight product. This place is a joke lol

Jas a large inventory but poor customer service. No greetings or smiles from either employee I encountered on 2 seperate occassions.. The attitude was one of indifference or as if I were a bother.

As usual OG Smoke Shop was phenomenal. 12/10! Amazing selection of glass and papers. They always go above and beyond to make sure you leave satisfied with the piece or item you want. If Susie is working you know their customer service will be on point. This is not your average LA smoke shop.

Came in last night looking for a good deal on a nail. I didn't catch his name but the man working was very nice and helpful. He gave me a great deal on a quartz nail that fits perfectly with my piece! I will definitely be returning soon!
